Margarita Diaz-Granados Higgins
Vice President of Business Development
Born in Colombia and raised in Venezuela, Margarita has always sought out challenging professional positions. With a background in Industrial Production and expertise in maritime shipping and logistics, she has excelled with managerial positions in operations, sales, training and managing for Crowley Maritime Corporations, Hamburg Sued and CMA CGM. She relocated to the United States in 2007 and made an immediate impact in the telecommunications field with Cima Networks as an office and sales manager.

Margarita maintains regular contact with existing clients to be sure Pro Telecom Solutions continues to meet their ever expanding needs. She prides herself on communicating regularly with project managers to stay involved in projects currently underway as a way to better serve her clients.

Sam R. Jones
Vice President of Operations
Sam was born in New York City, raised in North Carolina, and graduated college in Virginia Beach, VA. He began his telecommunications career in CATV, working for large cable MSO's (multiple system operators) as well as smaller private cable TV operators. He quickly moved up from installer to lead technician, then expanded his expertise to project management, receiving many awards and certifications along the way. His project management abilities have served him and his clients well as he transitioned to also work in Data, Telephony, CCTV, fiber optics, and the structured cabling fields.

Sam has managed hundreds of telecom projects, from highly complex, six month projects exceeding $1.0 million dollar budgets to smaller yet still intricate, mission critical projects of high visibility. Sam demonstrates on every project his pledge to provide clients with superior communication and a keen focus on adhering to budgets, while maintaining schedules and building projects to specifications.

He holds certifications from Raychem fiber splicing as well as many NCTI certifications covering broadband and cable TV communications. He continues his education today, now in his seventeenth year in the telecommunications field.

Michael D. Higgins
Senior Project Manager
Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mike joined the US Navy at eighteen, and he worked as an Aviation Electrician (AE) in the Aircraft Intermite Maintenance Department (AIMD). He was trained in micro-miniature solder technologies, aircraft instrument repair, and worked in the AIMD cable and connector repair shop (68B + 69C). During his career, he was stationed at NTC Orlando, FL, NAS Memphis, NAS Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL, and on the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) in San Diego, CA. He also served with Fleet Activities in Yokosuka, Japan. He served a total of 9 years and was Honorably Discharged.

Mike started his civilian commercial career in telecommunications as a CATV service technician for Time Warner Cable. He has performed work worked for Data Cabling companies in Memphis, TN and Atlanta, GA, initially as lead technician then later as a Project Manager. He is an active member of SBCA and BICSI and holds several certifications in the telecommunications field. With 24 years experience in the electrical and telecommunications field, Mike knows what it takes to produce the desired results the first time.

Tom Davison
Senior Business Consultant
Born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Tom graduated from McNeese State University with a BA, majoring in Business Administration. His telecommunications career began in 1990 as an entrepreneur leading a small cable TV and satellite communications services company. In 1996 he took a position with newly formed Apartment MediaWorks of Atlanta, brought in to build and lead the technical operations department from the ground floor. In 2001 he began construction project management duties, ultimately responsible for building more than 170 cable TV broadband networks. Soon after, he also led the engineering, purchasing, and warehouse operations.

Since 2010 Tom has spent time consulting for various telecommunications companies and recently joined the team at Pro Telecom Solutions after years of hiring the Pro Telecom team as an elite preferred contractor to complete dozens of construction and maintenance projects for his previous employers.

Marc Higgins
Senior Lead Technician
Marc is originally from Cincinnati and has sixteen (16) years experience as a telecommunications technician. He started in Memphis, TN installing and servicing commercial and residential satellite systems. He soon also began work in the data cabling field which led to positions as technician and operator for several Memphis area casinos, handling surveillance on large scale camera matrix systems.

In 2008 Marc moved to Atlanta and continued data cabling work while also branching out in to all areas of cable TV construction, including digital head end, fiber splicing, installation and service of fiber nodes and distribution amplifiers, underground cable installation, splicing, activation, and proof of performance testing. He has been with Pro Telecom Solutions since the inception of the company.
